In a statement given to Hina Separovic on Wednesday dismissed newspaper reports that he had signed a new representation agreement with Rivkin, but he did say Rivkin had been confirmed as Croatia's legal representative through letter6s at the end of last year. "No new agreement was signed, an exchange of letters confirmed that David Rivkin was our representative before the Hague Tribunal," Separovic said.
