THE HAGUE, Jan 14 (Hina) - Coordinator of the defence team of six Bosnian Croats Petar Pavkovic on Friday said that defence attorneys were planning appeal to the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia. "While
satisfied with one verdict, we are shocked by the others. The explanation of verdicts belongs in the field of academic discussions, as well as the comparison with antic tragedies, and is not the result of facts presented by both parties at the trial", Pavkovic said. "Of course, we will appeal", he added. Spokesman of the ICTY Prosecutors Office Paul Risley said that the Prosecution would, after examining the explanation of the verdict, decide whether it would appeal.(hina) it
