VUKOVAR, Jan 13 (Hina) - The new government "will take Croatia out of international isolation and will do for its integration into Europe more than has been done in the last few years," presidential candidate Drazen Budisa told a
pre-electoral rally in Vukovar on Thursday. Budisa is the presidential candidate of the Social Democratic Party/Croatian Social Liberal Party coalition, which won recent parliamentary elections. The new president of Croatia will have to be "an integrative factor of the Croatian people and society," Budisa said, adding this was the reason why he included in his presidential programme the creation of a "presidential council," a body which would be "made of representatives of all parliamentary parties."
