In case of complaints, Racan will be given the mandate on January 27, Pavletic said, adding the constituent session of the Sabor's new House of Representatives would be held on February 1. Pavletic spoke to the press after talks with Vladimir Seks, acting president of the formerly ruling Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ). Seks said the HDZ Presidency had taken a political position to enable the formation of the new government as soon as possible, in an entirely democratic and clear manner, and in keeping with the results of Jan
