and Acting Head of State Vlatko Pavletic said on Wednesday that unless there were complaints regarding final results of recent parliamentary elections, he would give Ivica Racan the mandate to compose the new government on January 22. In case of complaints, Racan will be given the mandate on January 27, Pavletic said, adding the constituent session of the Sabor's new House of Representatives would be held on February 1.
