ZAGREB, Jan 5 (Hina) - The Serb National Council (SNV) on Wednesday forwarded best wishes to Croatian Serbs for Christmas which Serb Orthodox believer celebrate according to the Julian calendar or on 7 January in line with the
Gregorian calendar which is now used. "We are to face new challenges and new political reality following the recent election," read a statement of the SNV signed by its President Milorad Pupovac. The Council hopes new prospects will be open "both for the improvement of the position of our community and for the speedier return of refugees well as for the improvement of the standard of living of all citizens of Croatia," read the statement.(hina) mm ms
