The chairman of the newly founded committee and a professor at the
Belgrade Faculty of Law, Kosta Cavoski, said that during the war in
Bosnia, Karadzic had been "frequently and persistently calling for
the respect of the international law of war and demanding that war

Other committee members, including a Belgrade publicist and
journalist, Dragos Klajic, and writer Momo Kapor also supported
Karadzic. They have condemned the Yugoslav and Serbian authorities
for cooperating with the ICTY.
The committee's honorary president is Smilja Avramov. Committee
members include writers Dimitri Analis, Radoslav Bratic, Brana
Crncevic, Rajko Petrov Nogo, the Serbian writers' association
