namely after the change in authority in Belgrade, even though the

Djukanovic said the communication between Podgorica and the
European Union was excellent. According to him, Montenegro has
excellent relations with the United States, Russia and
particularly with the countries of the region, and that Podgorica
is not in conflict with the international community, contrary to
the opinion of those who oppose the Podgorica authorities.
We, of course, do not agree with the standpoints of the
international community, which sees Montenegro's future in a
democratic Yugoslavia, because we believe that the Federal
Republic of Yugoslavia cannot guarantee stability, Djukanovic
said.
