PODGORICA PODGORICA, Nov 28 (Hina) - European Union High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy Javier Solana arrived in Podgorica on Tuesday evening and held talks with Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic and
Prime Minister Filip Vujanovic. Solana should hold talks with head of parliamentary parties on Wednesday. Solana informed Prime Minister Vujanovic of EU standpoints and called for the continuation of dialogue between Serbia and Montenegro. He said the EU preferred a reformed federation and expected a possible referendum to be democratic and transparent and in line with the standards of the international community.
