ZAGREB, Nov 20 (Hina) - An attorney from Zagreb, Slobodan Budak, who represents Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic before Croatian courts, filed a legal action at the Zagreb Municipal Court against the Croatian weekly "Nacional"
wherein Djukanovic demands 800,000 kuna (USD95,240) in damages. Budak said in a statement on Tuesday the charges were filed because over the last six months, including the latest issue, the weekly systematically kept on publishing untrue and utterly offensive articles damaging Djukanovic's reputation, honour and dignity in the harshest fashion. The "Nacional" journalists have recently frequently reported about Djukanovic's alleged connections with a tobacco smuggling chain in Montenegro.
