BUDAPEST BUDAPEST, Nov 26 (Hina) - Croatian parliament speaker Zlatko Tomcic on Monday arrived in Budapest to attend the first meeting of parliament speakers of the quadrilateral initiative countries to be held on Tuesday. The meeting
will discuss the adjustment of domestic legislation to European Union legislation. The quadrilateral initiative includes Croatia, Hungary, Slovenia and Italy. Zagreb joined the initiative in September 2000. According to Tomcic, of the four countries, Croatia's position is objectively the worst, regarding joining the European Union. "I think we need to learn from the experience of those who are ahead of us, and to adopt some methods, models and procedures, which they had been implementing," said Tomcic.(hina) it
