ZAGREB, Nov 23 (Hina) - Croatian Parliament Speaker Zlatko Tomcic will participate in a meeting of the parliamentary speakers of the Hungary-Slovenia-Italy-Croatia initiative in Budapest on Tuesday. The meeting will focus on
legislative tasks in the course of preparations for the enlargement of the European Union as well as regional parliamentary cooperation, Tomcic's office said in a statement. On Monday and Tuesday Tomcic will hold meetings with the other three parliamentary speakers, Hungary's Janos Ader, Italy's Pier Ferdinando Casini, and Slovenia's Borut Pahor. The Hungary-Italy-Slovenia trilateral initiative became a quadrilateral one after Croatia joined it last September. Tomcic is also expected to meet representatives of the Croatian minority.(hina) rml
