of hard drug addicts in Croatia. Speaking about the report, the chairman of the government's drug abuse prevention commission, Ante Barbir, said 4,179 hard drug addicts were registered as undergoing treatment last year. The number of unregistered addicts is between 12,000 and 15,000, he added. Barbir voiced concern about the rising number of underage addicts.
