ZAGREB, Nov 9 (Hina) - The Croatian Interior Ministry has issued over 1,500 arrest warrants after members of the former Yugoslav Army and Serb paramilitary units, suspected of crimes against values protected under the international
law, the ministry said. According to spokeswoman for the ministry Zinka Bardic, 1,545 warrants have been issued based on court orders. The warrants were issued after persons suspected of genocide, war crimes against civilians, prisoners of war prisoners, injured persons and other crimes. The ministry has also issued 329 international warrants via Interpol. By early November, 69 persons have been arrested, of whom six have been arrested based on the international warrant.(hina) it
