BELGRADE, Nov 5 (Hina) - A spokesperson for the UN war crimes tribunal at The Hague has announced chief prosecutor Carla del Ponte will criticise Yugoslavia for non-cooperation with the tribunal in a report to the United Nations. The
federal authorities are not cooperating at all, whereas there are certain forms of cooperation in Serbia, spokeswoman Florence Hartmann told Belgrade's Blic newspaper on Monday. It is up to UN member-states to decide as to the next steps following del Ponte's report on Nov. 25, said Hartmann. The spokeswoman was specific, saying Yugoslavia denies access to documents, archives, and witnesses, as well as the extradition of military officials or people in the federal administration.(hina) ha
