ZAGREB, Oct 16 (Hina) - Croatian Radio Television (HRT) Director Mirko Galic and a member of the HRT Council, Vlaho Bogisic, on Tuesday refuted accusations by Ante Covic, HRT Council chairman who resigned today, that they obstructed
the work of the HRT Council. "I neither obstructed the work of the Council, nor am I obstructing the transformation of the HRT into a public medium," Galic told the Croatian Radio. Galic said Covic's accusations that he had intentionally obstructed the transformation to remain in office were "completely misdirected, unfounded and malicious". Recalling his mandate was temporary, Galic said he had not yet decided whether he would again run as candidate for the HRT director.
