An assistant to the Yugoslav Foreign Minister, Aleksandra Joksimovic, on Wednesday declined to comment on Croatian minister Tonino Picula's statement, which according to the Yugoslav ministry referred to "unfulfilled political and even psychological conditions for the normalisation of the ties between Croatia and Serbia."
