LJUBLJANA, Sept 13 (Hina) - Slovenia assessed on Thursday it was too early for a new meeting on succession to the former Yugoslav federation as a framework agreement reached on the issue in Vienna in June has still not been ratified.
The five successor states have still not formally agreed on a meeting the governor of Yugoslavia's central bank, Mladen Dinkic, has announced for Sept. 25 in Belgrade, according to Rudi Gabrovec. He was recently appointed by Slovene Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek as chief negotiator for succession and Ljubljanska Banka's debt to depositors in the successor states.(hina) ha sb
