The resolution of the conference of Baltic countries included an adopted amendment pointing out the need for initiating the cooperation between the Baltic Conference and the JJI, Tomcic said. The Adriatic-Ionic Initiative was envisaged for the building of a highway which would connect south and north Europe: from Greece through Albania, Montenegro, Croatia to Italy. constructing the highway has not started to be realised yet.
