BELGRADE, Aug 31 (Hina) - On her visit to Belgrade on Sept. 3, the Hague war crimes tribunal's chief prosecutor, Carla del Ponte, will urge Yugoslav authorities to extradite all who have been indicted by the tribunal, including
Serbian President Milan Milutinovic and Yugoslav Army Lt. Col. Veselin Sljivancanin, according to a tribunal spokesperson. In a statement to Borba daily of Friday, spokeswoman Florence Hartmann said there was no immunity for either of the two with regard to the Hague tribunal. Sljivancanin, who has been indicted for crimes committed in the eastern Croatian town of Vukovar in 1991, recently made a public appearance at the promotion of a book. Hartmann reminded that cooperation with the Hague tribunal did not envisage only the extradition of former head of state Slobodan Milosevic but all who had been indicted for war crimes.(hina) ha
