ZAGREB, Aug 13 (Hina) - Croatian marinas registered 165,400 arrivals of tourists in the first six months of this year. Thus, the number of arrivals of tourists in marinas climbed by 24 percent as against the first half of 2000. The
number of overnight stays rose by 11 percent to 234,000. According to the national Statistical Office, foreign tourists accounted for most arrivals (160,000 or an increase of 25 percent). Croatian guests accounted for some 6,000 arrivals (with an increase of eight percent as against the first half of 2000).
