ZAGREB, July 3 (Hina) - A Croatian leading pharmaceutical company 'Pliva' has sold its two food-processing firms 'Cedevita' and 'Vivera' at the total price of 24.2 million euro. Thus, Pliva has completed a process of the separation of
its non-parent activities in order that it can concert its efforts only on the pharmaceutical sector. Cedevita has been bought by 'Hopen', a company active within 'Atlantic Trade', a leading distributor of consumer goods, while 'Vivera' has been bought by Germany's Hipp.(hina) ms
