Deputy Prime Minister Miroljub Labus have appeared on Friday in
many rooms and in front of some Yugoslav officials' offices in the
Federation Palace in Novi Beograd, Belgrade's news agency Beta
said.
Headlined "Death Certificate" and addressed to the "Labus Office,"
the leaflet reads: "We hope that you too will not live long in
Serbia, which you have sold." It is signed by "Federal Government
Employees".
Labus is the federal government's deputy prime minister for
international economic relations. Last week he instead of PM Zoran
Zizic from Montenegro's Socialist National Party (SNP) convened a
government session which passed a decree on Yugoslavia's
cooperation with the Hague war crimes tribunal.
Yugoslavia's Information Minister Slobodan Orlic said the leaflets
had been stuck in front of federal ministers' offices, along
hallways and in elevators of the Federation Palace.
Labus made his duty conditional on Milosevic's extradition to The
Hague as, he said several times, any other solution would lead to a
complete international isolation of Yugoslavia.
Labus today heads a Yugoslav delegation attending a donor
conference on Yugoslavia.
