BELGRADE, June 8 (Hina) - Yugoslav Foreign Minister Goran Svilanovic said the start of talks on resolving the problem of refugees between Yugoslavia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Croatia depended on Croatia's answer to the talks. In a
statement to the Belgrade-based paper Blic, Svilanovic says Croatia is interested in cooperating with Yugoslavia and Bosnia-Herzegovina in the resolution of the problem "however, only within the framework of bilateral relations." Svilanovic claims that "Yugoslavia and Bosnia-Herzegovina have reached an agreement in principle on such cooperation", which he says is envisaged by trilateral relations, "but there has been no positive response on Croatia's part, except for a statement by President Mesic."(hina) sb rml
