ZAGREB, June 29 (Hina) - Croatian Foreign Minister Tonino Picula on Thursday evening said the extradition of former Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic to the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) was
"good and significant news primarily for victims and the families of victims of a monstrous concept of state terror which took place in our regions, thus in the Republic of Croatia in the last 12 and more years." In a phone interview for the Croatia Television, Picula said this was good news also for the system of international prosecution of war criminals.
