BELGRADE, June 27 (Hina) - The Belgrade-based newspaper Blic said on Wednesday the investigating judge with the Belgrade county court would serve former Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic with the official indictment filed against
him by the Hague war crimes tribunal at noon today. Upon receiving the indictment, the former head of state will take a position, Milosevic's attorney Toma Fila told Blic. The daily reminds Milosevic has already used the legal right to not make a statement on the indictment without the presence of a lawyer. According to Vecernje Novosti, investigating judge Goran Cavlina attempted to serve Milosevic with the indictment on Tuesday.
