ruled against releasing former Yugoslav President Slobodan
Milosevic to defend himself in freedom despite guarantees offered
in the form of his private houses in Dedinje, an elite part of
Belgrade.
Court president Vida Petrovic-Skero said the public prosecutor did
not consent to the offered guarantees, claiming the reasons for
