BELGRADE, June 23 (Hina) - One of the leaders of DOS, the ruling coalition in Serbia as well as on the federal Yugoslav level, said on Saturday the country "must no longer be the prisoner of (former Yugoslav President, currently
detained) Slobodan Milosevic." "With Yugoslav President Vojislav Kostunica's full consent, (DOS) has reached an agreement regarding cooperation between the FRY (Federal Republic of Yugoslavia) and the International Criminal Tribunal (for the former Yugoslavia)," Nebojsa Covic, Serbia's deputy prime minister, told Belgrade-based daily Danas. The results of the agreement will be "visible in the coming days," he said in an interview. Covic added a plan on cooperation with the Hague war crimes tribunal would also be made to "draw the line somewhere and preserve the reputation of the police and the military."(hina) ha
