WASHINGTON, June 19 (Hina) - The United States supports the process started by Macedonian President Boris Trajkovski, based on a peace plan and aiming at regulating the position of ethnic Albanians in Macedonia and ensuring an
integral and democratic state, United States president George W. Bush said Monday. According to him, Russian President Vladimir Putin shares the same standpoint. The Bush-Putin meeting was held in Slovenia on Saturday. The authorities in Skopje, which include democratically elected Albanian representatives, need to agree on how to fulfil the needs of the minorities with best constitutional solutions, Bush said.
