TEL AVIV, June 13 (Hina) - Croatian Homeland War Veterans' Minister Ivica Pancic, who is on an official five-day visit to Israel, today held talks with the former Israeli deputy defence minister, Brigadier General Modrehai Ciparim,
and visited the Latroon museum, erected in honour of killed members of Israeli artillery troops. The Croatian ministry representatives held talks with representatives of the Israeli Defence Ministry about the care system for Israeli veterans and their family members. The Israeli side expressed readiness for further cooperation and an exchange of experiences with Croatia. Minister Pancic visited the Yad Vashem holocaust victims memorial centre in Jerusalem, where he lit a candle for all the victims of fascist persecution. The Croatian ministry representatives lay wreaths in honour of
killed Israeli soldiers and on the grave of the killed Israeli prime
minister Yitzhak Rabin. They also held talks with representatives
of a special department of the defence ministry, in charge of
organising the funeral ceremonies for killed Israeli soldiers.
