SPLIT FRIDAY SPLIT, May 24 (Hina) - The foreign ministers of Croatia and Yugoslavia, Tonino Picula and Goran Svilanovic respectively, will meet on the margins of a meeting of the Adriatic-Ionian Initiative in Split on Friday, a
spokesman for the Croatian Foreign Ministry told Hina. Spokesman Goran Rotim said the meeting was the continuation of the talks the two ministers held in Skopje at a regional meeting of foreign ministers, which was also attended by US Secretary of State Colin Powell. The two ministers will discuss issues related to the work of the Adriatic-Ionian Initiative and bilateral issues. As regards Croatia, Rotim said, bilateral issues between Croatia and Yugoslavia are regulated with a Croatian Government document. Minister Picula will tomorrow most probably invite Svilanovic to visit Zagreb for talks, Rotim said.(hina) rml
