ZAGREB, May 21 (Hina) - Croatia ranks 43rd as to health care quality and 76th as to patient status and treatment according to data of the World Health Organisation, the director of a Croatian health reform project, Stipe Oreskovic, said on Monday. Speaking at a round table on health reform, he announced a health management post-graduate course starting on Tuesday to train young experts necessary for reform implementation and hospital management. A health reform is imperative to introduce an efficient control system and provide for balanced availability of health care throughout Croatia, said Assistant Health Minister Rajko Ostojic.
