VIENNA, May 15 (Hina) - Austria and Croatia agreed in Vienna on Tuesday to intensify tourist cooperation, among else, through Austrian assistance in the training of Croatian tourist workers. The agreement was reached at a session of a
mixed Croatian-Austrian commission on tourism, which began on Monday and closed on the 16th with the signing of a tourist cooperation protocol. The Croatian delegation, led by Deputy Tourism Minister Veljko Ostojic, suggested signing a guest worker agreement which would provide for additional training for Croatia's catering staff. Austria suggested intensifying relations in the classification of catering facilities and promotional activities in environmental protection.
