They discussed the possibility of setting up a commission which would have sub-commissions in charge of economy, science, culture, tourism and transport. They also agreed to exchange draft agreements on the promotion of economic cooperation, including agreements on trade and economic cooperation, investment stimulation and protection, and avoidance of double taxation.
