MOSTAR, May 4 (Hina) - Bosnia's HDZ party on Thursday formed a team for negotiations with the international community and Bosnian bodies of authority on ways of overcoming the institutional crisis which erupted after Bosnian

"There are no prerequisites for negotiations with the illegitimate
Croat representatives in the Alliance," the president of the Croat
National Congress (HNS), Marko Tokic, told reporters in the
southern town of Mostar on Friday after a session of the Croat Self-
rule Inter-cantonal Council and the HNS Presidency.
There can be no talks with "Prlic, Zubak and Tadic" because they
were not elected as representatives of the Bosnian Croat people at
the Nov. 11 polls, said Tokic.
He explained the HNS agreed the negotiating team should comprise
members of the HDZ (Croatian Democratic Union) party given that the
international community did not recognise the HNS. If the
negotiations prove successful, the Croat Self-rule will be
dissolved, he announced.
The minimum the Croats in Bosnia will consent to includes an
integral constitutional reform according to a decision of the
Bosnian Constitutional Court proclaiming all three peoples
constituent throughout Bosnian territory, the establishment of the
House of Nations in both Bosnian entities, securing rotation,
parity and consensus in decision-making, and an electoral law under
which Croats would be enabled to elect their representatives to the
House of Nations and their candidate for the state presidency.
