MOSTAR, April 25 (Hina) - The head of the Office of the High Representative (OHR) in Mostar, Colin Munroe, has called on the president of the Croatian National Congress in Bosnia-Herzegovina (HNS), Ante Jelavic, to enable dialogue
between representatives of Bosnia's Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) party and international representatives and Bosnian state institutions, dismissing Jelavic's claim that he had met with OHR officials. Munroe said OHR officials could not hold meetings with officials who had been dismissed from their offices. Jelavic must make room for people who have not been replaced so that they could establish dialogue with OHR and other international officials and lawfully elected institutions of authority, Munroe told a news conference in Mostar on Wednesday.(hina) sb rml
