The Committee assessed that the state of security in the country was
satisfactory and that the cooperation between the interior and
defence ministries was on a high level.
After the session, the Committee's chairwoman Djurdja Adlesic
(HSLS) told reporters the session was held behind closed doors due
to the sensitivity of information which was discussed.
Minister Lucin only said that the current police investigations,
which could be jeopardised by making operative data public,
referred to the murder of Vjeko Slisko and two cases of bomb-
planting.
The investigations Lucin spoke about refer to two murders involving
members of the Zagreb underground in the city's Cvjetni Square and
explosions in the central cemetery of Mirogoj and in front of the
Zagreb City Assembly building. It has been stated that the
investigations will be completed by the summer.
