ZAGREB, March 14 (Hina) - Parliament's lower house decided with a majority vote on Wednesday to accede to amending the Constitution, which among else proposes abolishing the upper house and redefining the right to vote of Croatian
citizens residing abroad. Ninety-two (92) representatives of the ruling coalition's six parties voted in favour of the constitutional changes, three representatives of the opposition's Party of Rights voted against, while independent representative Ivo Loncar was abstained. Disagreeing with the proposed changes, representatives of the strongest opposition party, the Croatian Democratic Union, left the parliament.(hina) ha
