ZAGREB, Feb 27 (Hina) - The Croatian parliament presidency confirmed on Tuesday that the 11th session of the House of Representatives would start on Wednesday, March 7, and that the agenda could include a proposal that changes be made
to the Constitution with the aim of dissolving the House of Counties. When this item could enter parliamentary procedure is not known - it is only certain that one fifth of deputies will support it with their signatures, after the leaders of the ruling coalition reached agreement on the dissolution of the upper house last week. The lower house is also expected to discuss a law regulating the election of bodies of local authority and a proposal on the appointment of three Constitutional Court judges. The agenda includes 52 items for the time being, including the final text of a law on the revision of privatisation, laws relevant for the reform of the state administration etc. The lower

The lower house is also expected to discuss a law regulating the
election of bodies of local authority and a proposal on the

The agenda includes 52 items for the time being, including the final

The lower house will formally start its session on March 6 in order
to wrap up its 10th session with a vote on items that have already
been discussed and a debate on changes to the law on primary
education.
