should the three conditions set by them be met within 15 days. The first condition is that political partners and the other two constitutive peoples in the country commit themselves to respect the electoral will of the Croat people. Secondly, political partners and the other two constitutive peoples in the country should commit themselves to respect the principles of parity, rotation and consensus in all joint bodies and institutions. MOSTAR, March 3 (Hina) - The Croat National Assembly in Bosnia-
Herzegovina is prepared to withdraw its decision on the
establishment of a temporary Croat self-government in the country,
should the three conditions set by them be met within 15 days.
The first condition is that political partners and the other two
constitutive peoples in the country commit themselves to respect
the electoral will of the Croat people.
Secondly, political partners and the other two constitutive
peoples in the country should commit themselves to respect the
principles of parity, rotation and consensus in all joint bodies
and institutions.
Thirdly, the international administration should withdraw the
anti-constitutional decision on the way of electing MPs into the
House of Peoples in the Bosnian federation and Bosnia-Herzegovina,
guaranteeing the constitutional principle of sovereign elections
into bodies of national representation, and the international
community should respect the ways of voting for the House of Peoples
with all the protective guarantees for all peoples, as well as the
respect of the free will at democratic elections and accepting the
equality of the Croat people.
The Croat National Assembly concluded that, should the above
mentioned conditions not be met within 15 days, all decisions on the
establish of the Croat self-government, as well as regulations and
decisions of the temporary legislative council will be proclaimed
valid.
