The first condition is that political partners and the other two constitutive peoples in the country commit themselves to respect the electoral will of the Croat people. Secondly, political partners and the other two constitutive peoples in the country should commit themselves to respect the principles of parity, rotation and consensus in all joint bodies and institutions.
