ZAGREB HOSPITAL ZAGREB, Dec 30 (Hina) - Marinko Andjelic, seriously injured in the tragedy on Christmas Eve when a Muslim killed his father and two sisters in the village of Kostajnica near Konjic, Bosnia-Herzegovina, was transferred
from the Mostar hospital to the clinic hospital "Rebro" in Zagreb on Monday morning.
ZAGREB, Dec 30 (Hina) - Marinko Andjelic, seriously injured in the
tragedy on Christmas Eve when a Muslim killed his father and two
sisters in the village of Kostajnica near Konjic, Bosnia-
Herzegovina, was transferred from the Mostar hospital to the clinic
hospital "Rebro" in Zagreb on Monday morning. #L#
The 30-year-old Andjelic has been admitted to the ophthalmologic
ward and is undergoing additional examinations, the ward's head,
Dr. Jakov Sikic reported.
In the Christmas Eve's tragedy, Muamer Topalovic, who killed
Marinko's father and two sisters, Croat returnees to the Kostajnica
village, also shot at Marinko, and in the incident, Marinko lost his
right eye while his left eye was badly injured. Besides, Marinko
sustained a serious injury to his left arm, but doctors in Mostar
managed to save it.
According to the local police, Topalovic, a member of two extremist
Islamic organisations in Bosnia-Herzegovina - Jeniet el Forkan and
the Active Islamic Youth - admitted to having killed three members
of the Andjelic family due to "ideological and religious reasons".
