It would be best for Milutinovic if he regulated his status "without
making much noise", Djindjic told reporters on Thursday, adding
that the Yugoslav law on cooperation with the ICTY "is clear and
does not allow exceptions".
The Serbian PM said the year 2002 was successful with regard to the
continuation of reforms and he expected that one of the country's
most important problems in integration with the international
community, a constitutional charter between Serbia and Montenegro,
would be adopted in the next several days.
