ZAGREB, Dec 16 (Hina) - Retired Croatian general Ivan Korade will respond to questions from investigators with the U.N. war crimes tribunal at The Hague although the fact that he has not been informed of the subject of the interview
puts him in an unequal position, his attorney said on Monday.

"Unfortunately, we're not in an equal position. We haven't been
notified as to what exactly we shall be talking about... but we are
available," Zeljko Olujic told reporters.
Korade today begins a two-day interview as a suspect. According to
Olujic, it is assumed he will be interrogated about the Storm,
Flash, and Medak Pocket Homeland War operations.
