"At holiday time we stop for a moment and remind ourselves of what is
really important and orient ourselves towards goals and
expectations in the year ahead.
"We are at an important stage where we must continue positive
achievements and change what we have not been successful at.
Listening to the Christmas message of peace and solidarity, we
pledge to give hope and dignity to the most needy ones.
Respecting our differences, we must overcome divisions and
disagreements so that undisturbed by what is unimportant we could
work together to the benefit of our homeland.
Let our efforts to build a happy society in a law-based state be
marked by unity, cooperation and self-confidence," the PM said,
wishing Merry Christmas and a happy New Year to all citizens, people
visiting Croatia and Croatians living abroad.
