On this occasion, the Montenegrin parliament president and
presidential candidate Filip Vujanovic said "there are no reasons
for dissatisfaction and tensions in Herceg Novi or anywhere in
Montenegro because of the Croatian flag on Prevlaka, because an
agreement on a temporary regime for Prevlaka has been reached".
"Croatian military and police ships and civilian boats will not be
able to sail into our waters in Boka Kotorska Bay in any other way
than they sail into foreign waters," Vujanovic said on Wednesday
evening and added the Montenegrin government would respond to the
letter and explain to the Herceg Novi authorities in detail what
kind of an agreement regarding Prevlaka was reached with Croatia.
