ZAGREB, Dec 12 (Hina) - The Croatian government on Thursday adopted draft agreements with the Serb Orthodox Church and the Islamic community in Croatia regarding issues of common interest, the government's public relations office said
in a statement after today's closed session.

The agreements between the government and the two religious
communities regulate relations in the education and cultural
front, and provide spiritual leaders for the faithful in prisons
and juvenile institutions, as well as for the faithful in the Armed
Forces and police.
The agreements also regulate the issues of securing funds in the
state budget earmarked for activities of the Serb Orthodox Church
in Croatia and the Islamic Community in Croatia, the statement
said.
