KRANJSKA GORA, Dec 3 (Hina) - The ministers of four Southeast European countries signed a framework agreement on the Sava river basin and an additional protocol on the navigation regime in Slovenia's Kranjska Gora on Tuesday. The ministers said that signing the agreement would advance bilateral relations and economic revival of the region. #L# The agreement was signed by Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel, Croatian Foreign Minister Tonino Picula, Yugoslav Foreign Minister Goran Svilanovic and Bosnian Minister for Civil Affairs and Communications Svetozar Mihajlovic. Also present at the signing was the coordinator for the Stability Pact for Southeast Europe Gerhard Busek. Slovene Minister Rupel said the signing of the agreement was a proof that former Yugoslav republics were overcoming their differences from the past and were capable of advocating joint interests. Croatian minister Picula said the agreement foresaw free navigation for all merchant ships and sustainable development in water management. He expressed belief the agreement would positively influence the strengthening of relations and coopertation in the region. Replying to a question by Slovene and Yugoslav reporters regarding a Prevlaka agreement in the light of the departure of the UN Mission of Observers on Prevlaka soon, Picula said he was confident the agreement between Croatia and Yugoslavia should be signed within the deadline and that all other possible outcomes "would be a surprise". Commenting on the same question, Yugoslav minister Svilanovic said no bilateral talks on the matter were held today, adding, however, the talks would be held in the near future. 8hina) it
