The government today endorsed a report on negotiations on joining
the CEFTA. Croatian initialled the harmonised text of the agreement
with CEFTA member countries in late October.
After signing the agreement, Croatia will be the eight CEFTA member
country which now includes Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Hungary,
Poland, Romania, Slovenia and Slovakia. Minister Jurcic said that
Croatia's joining CEFTA was an important step in increasing trade
exchange with the association's member countries.
