ZAGREB ZAGREB, Nov 20 (Hina) - UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan arrived on Wednesday in Zagreb, where he will unveil a monument erected in honour of 288 UN members killed on the territory of the former Yugoslavia.

Wednesday in Zagreb, where he will unveil a monument erected in
honour of 288 UN members killed on the territory of the former

Annan was welcomed by Foreign Minister Tonino Picula. The two
officials were later joined by President Stjepan Mesic at the
monument-unveiling ceremony.
After the ceremony, Annan will hold separate meetings with
President Mesic, Prime Minister Ivica Racan, Parliament President
Zlatko Tomcic, and Foreign Minister Picula. The UN Secretary-
General should also meet members of the UN Mission to Croatia and
attend a dinner organised in his honour by President Mesic.
Annan leaves Croatia on Thursday morning.
