Annan will hold talks with Bosnian state officials on Monday. Today
he meets representatives of the UN mission in the country.
The UN Mission in Bosnia-Herzegovina was established after the
signing of the Dayton agreement and it expires at the end of this
year.
Some UN departments will continue operating but the reorganisation
of the Bosnian police - believed to be the most important task - will
be taken over by a police mission of the European Union.
