BELGRADE, Oct 3 (Hina) - The leader of Serbian radicals, Vojislav Seselj, said on Thursday that he would call on his party members to boycott the second round of Serbian presidential elections scheduled for October 13, explaining that
the failure of the second round would open the doors to "extraordinary elections on all levels".

In the first round of the elections, Seselj won about 22 percent of
votes. He said that he "knows that some officials of the Socialist
Party of Serbia organised their members to vote for Vojislav
Kostunica".
The president of the Demo-Christian Party of Serbia and incumbent
Justice Minister, Vladan Batic, also called on boycott of the
second round of elections.
